Our goal is to provide our customers with best value solutions and the highest level of customer service possible. Account managers are offered a generous training wage, then graduate to commission. We utilize a “single point-of-contact” philosophy where the account manager is the primary interface with their customers.

Being a sensitive and employee-owned organization, we place a high value on our corporate social responsibility. We encourage employees to contribute to qualifying charitable organizations through its Lyme Matching Gift Program. The program supports employees by offering a way to double their cash contributions (up to a certain limit) to their favorite charitable organization(s) and thus improve their communities.
